A few days ago, we passed through the Summer Solstice\u2014a turning of the year, a moment where the light lingers a little longer, and we’re invited to reflect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some, that reflection leads naturally into continuing<\/em>\u2014a gentle return to the path we were already walking.
But for others, that reflection reveals something deeper:
What once worked\u2026 no longer does.
What once fit\u2026 now feels tight.
What once inspired\u2026 now asks to be released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And so begins the quiet stirring to start new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But here\u2019s the beautiful truth:
You don\u2019t need a solstice to make that decision.<\/strong>
Any day\u2014any moment\u2014can be the right time to say,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
